Meet the Team
Craig Sider enjoys helping people, leaders, and organizations pursue more intentional lives. He specializes at calling and equipping leaders and organizations to cut through the distractions and focus on the primary tasks of effective leadership. Craig’s past experience involves over a decade as a church network leader and developer of leaders, a church planter in Toronto, Canada, and a presenter to leaders and groups around the world. In addition, he has served on various not-for-profit and para-church ministry boards. Most recently Craig served as the CEO of a global ministry based in New York City.
Following a degree in Business Administration/Economics from Brock University in Canada, Craig completed a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary and a doctorate in leadership development from Denver Seminary. Craig is known as a visionary and someone capable of identifying, developing and maximizing leadership skills in others.

Annette Cutino
Annette Cutino currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Avail NYC, a ministry providing a safe place for individuals to make confident decisions when facing unexpected pregnancy. She is passionate about serving people with compassion and helping organizations build strong, mission-driven cultures.
Before joining Avail NYC, Annette served as Director of Advance at LEAD.NYC and as Senior Director of Team Development at Movement.org, where she focused on leadership growth and organizational development. Earlier in her career, she led a twenty-seven person IT management team at New York University in New York City.
A devoted woman of faith, Annette also serves as an Elder and Associate Pastor at Harvest Fields Community Church, where she invests in spiritual formation, leadership development, and community care.

Bishop Drew Williams
Bishop Andrew (Drew) Williams began his professional career as a corporate litigator in the United Kingdom from 1989 to 1998. Despite a successful legal career, he sensed a deeper calling and resigned from his law firm to pursue ordination training at Trinity College, Bristol.
Following his training, Drew served for six years as Associate Vicar of St. Andrew’s, Chorleywood, a vibrant suburban congregation just outside London. His leadership and pastoral gifts later led him to the United States, where he served for ten years as Senior Pastor of Trinity Church in Greenwich, Connecticut.
In 2019, Drew was elected Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of New England, where he now provides spiritual oversight, leadership, and encouragement to churches across the region.

Rick Lyons
Richard (Rick) G. Lyons Jr. is President of Kintsugi Advisors, where he mentors and advises leaders seeking to realize their full potential and calling. He also serves as chair of The Mission Collective in Charleston, board member of Walking the Text in Nashville, and trustee of Western Theological Seminary in Michigan.
Before entering advisory work, Rick spent many years in the financial services industry, including serving as Executive Vice President and Global Product Group Executive for MasterCard Worldwide, where he led the global debit, prepaid, and ATM businesses. He also held senior strategy roles at Comerica and Internet, Inc., and has served on numerous industry boards and conferences.
Rick studied management at the University of Maryland and business administration at Marywood College. He and his wife Mary have two daughters and four grandchildren.
